It’s no secret that people develop the most in their first 3 years of life.  Some critical life-long patterns get set, dealing with how your body and mind work.  When our food supply is overrun with highly processed sweeteners in the form of high fructose corn syrup, or the new lingo “corn sugar,” and other unnecessary ingredients, the next generation relies on us (and I don’t mean just parents, but all of us) to do our best to invest early in their success.

It’s not always easy in this fast-paced world, but here are some ideas to help, particularly for the infants!
